Wallets

Paydoly supports DOP and USD wallets.

If your secondary wallet has a zero balance, it may be hidden by default. Add funds or enable the second currency in the Wallets section to make it visible.

Please contact Paydoly Support to add funds to your wallet.

Transactions

Open Transactions and click the transaction row to view full details.

Use the Filters next to the transactions table. Select the date range, type, status, and currency, then apply to see matching results.

Cash In

  1. Go to Cash In from the left sidebar.
  2. Enter the Paydoly user’s email address, choose the currency, and enter the amount.
  3. On the next screen, verify the user details (the Paydoly account name is shown).
  4. If everything looks correct, confirm to complete the cash in.

Cash Out

  1. Go to Cash Out from the left sidebar.
  2. Enter the user’s email address, choose the currency, and enter the amount.
  3. An OTP (one-time passcode) is sent to the user’s email.
  4. Enter the OTP to confirm and complete the cash out.

Profile

You can always change your default wallet by going to your profile page.
